CASABLANCA, MAROCCO

J.R.A. Morocco, established in 1990, is one of the largest Jeans producers in North Africa. It is unique in Morocco in that is completely autonomous and in its ability to produce goods from start-up to finish, with a high degree of flexibility and a vast design range of jeans bottoms. It produces more than 4,500,000 garments per year.
J.R.A. operates out of two locations in the heart of the Industrial region in Casablanca: The central unit, a structure covering an area of 12,000 square meters flat form, is located in Ain Sebaa.

This site houses the fabric and accessory warehouses, the cutting area, five hangers for loading finished garments onto containers and trucks, plus the central offices. It includes a fully operational production area to accommodate both Jordache production and private label clients with a present production of 60,000 pieces per week.
This total of 60,000 pieces a week is extremely adaptable, allowing for production expansion. An additional feature of this unit is the laundry, pressing, finishing and packing section specifically assembled for its private label clients so that their special and individual needs can be met more efficiently. Within this unit is an exclusive area for storing 1500 to 2000 garments that are required to be suspended during transport.
The second structure also in Ain Sebaa just 200 meters down the road from the main building, is the laundry, finishing and pressing unit, with an area of 28,000 square meters.
