  The Nakash Brothers recently bought the Kishle Police station in Tel Aviv and plan on turning the historic site into a boutique hotel. The hotel is intended to be a five-star 140-room hotel with all rooms having a view of the Mediterranean and the Old City of Jaffa.

Sea of Galilee Tourist Village, Israel (New Development)
  Another plot of land was also purchased in Israel by the Nakash Brothers to build a $100 million Sea of Galilee tourist village. The hotel will have 400 rooms on a 25 acre (100 dunam) area of waterfront land.
